 Love is... Given and received in many different ways. Through words, simply the three magic words of "I love you" can be enough, or a simple gesture or thought about another expressed in a loving action. Maybe a gift or a token towards the one you love is an expression of your sentiment. Whether it's words, actions, gifts or kindness, we are all able to give and receive this sentiment every day, as much or as little as we allow in and out.
 We are reminded today on Valentines Day of the most common expression of love through Romantic Relationships, but there are so many more expressions that we must also remember: Parental love, friendship, compassion, loving thy neighbour, agape love, unconditional love, love for your pets, love for those passed over, loving the unborn child, and the sleeping babe in arms... Loving nature, the planet that holds us, loving the space we reside in, the person we see reflected back at us in the mirror. Loving what is, and what isn't. Love for the lessons and growth we experience every moment, and the energy that surrounds us. Loving the magical gifts of life.
 Enjoy expressing your heart felt feelings today, and everyday, and use the reminder today that Love is everywhere, it is in the air all around us every moment. Just open your eyes wider, remove the filters, unfold the petals of your heart to accept and give the gift of love when ever and wherever you can:
 A touch, a kindness, a smile, a nod, a gesture, a token, a sentiment, a kiss, a hug, an expression and an acknowledgement. Let it in, and allow it out, this is what makes our world go round. I love you, and know that you are loved more than you can ever imagine.
